- Terbuka untuk umum
- Tempat mendaftar di Time Zone seluruh Indonesia
- Membayar biaya pendaftaran Rp. 30.000,-/Peserta (Free Powercard Timezone Rp.5000,-)
- Lomba diadakan untuk 4 region di Indonesia :
1. Jawa
2. Sumatera
3. Kalimantan
4. Sulawesi, Papua, NTB & Bali - 1 Formulir berlaku untuk 1 foto, jumlah formulir tidak dibatasi untuk masing-masing peserta
- Juara 1 tingkat region akan dipilih untuk memperebutkan Hadiah Nasional
SYARAT TEKNIS :
- Bisa menggunakan segala jenis kamera (termasuk kamera HP)
- Foto dikirim dalam Softcopy dalam CD atau photo ukuran 4R dimasukkan ke dalam amplop coklat beserta potongan form pendaftaran
- Foto belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam bentuk cetak maupun elektronik
- Foto yang telah diterima panitia sudah menjadi Property Right panitia
- Penyelengara tidak bertanggung jawab atas tuntutan pihak manapun apabila foto yang disertakan bukan foto peserta
