Olimpiade Sains Nasional Perguruan Tinggi Seluruh Indonesia (OSN-PTI) 2010
Olimpiade Sains Nasional Perguruan Tinggi Seluruh Indonesia (OSN-PTI) 2010 adalah sebuah ajang kompetisi sains tingkat nasional yang dikhususkan bagi perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di seluruh Indonesia. Kompetisi ini diselenggarakan oleh Pertamina bekerjasama dengan Universitas Indonesia telah diselenggarakan setiap tahun sejak tahun 2008, sehingga tahun ini merupakan kegiatan yang ketiga kalinya. Kompetisi ini memperebutkan total hadiah sebesar Rp. 2,7 Miliar.

Mahasiswa Program S-1 semua Fakultas, minimal Semester III, yang dibuktikan dengan kartu mahasiswa dan surat pengantar dari Ketua Jurusan/Dekan Fakultas masing-masing

Tidak pernah menjadi pemenang pada kompetisi bidang sains tingkat perguruan tinggi nasional, dan tidak pernah mengikuti kompetisi bidang sains tingkat perguruan tinggi internasional.

Pemenang OSN-PTI 2008 dan 2009 tidak diperkenankan mengikuti OSN-PTI 2010.
